Mystery, I am so sorry about your loss. Wayne was such a great man and I regret that we didn't a get a chance to come visit with him recently. He lit up our face about 3 years ago when he drove to Poteau, OK to watch our daughter Nikki play a softball game at the college. Him, and my dad, Bruce Frost and both of his brothers, Ray & Joe had a nice lunch and visit that day. Also, he wrote a very informative letter to our son, Michael when he was thinking about being a firefighter and the pros and cons he faced in his lifetime. Our greatest memories though are all the Rook & Domino games, with him, Vera Mae, and my grandma and grandpa, Pat & Louveda. God Bless you all and your family will be in our prayers.

Uncle Wayne was one of my dad's (Clifton Graves) favorite uncles. Now he will be with my dad in heaven. May he rest in peace.

God be with you, Uncle Wayne.

As a kid I remember Uncle Wayne being a lot of fun. I was always ready to jump him as he was always good for a tussle, but frequently my nose would get bloodied! The really neat thing I learned from that was what a really soft hearted man he was - I sensed it truly hurt him when that would happened. I hope to be more like him. He was a blessing to me. Brenda liked his singing as he wasn't too proud to sing praises to God. Mystery - our condolences to you & your family - our prayers are with you. God Bless

I remember when Mother(Dora),Hoyt,Barbara and I went see Grandma& Grandpa Emery at Uncle Lee place and Uncle Wayne & Uncle Harold would stop by.Grandma had this iron bed that had knobs at the foot of the bed on each end & for our entertainment they would blow on one end and make the other end pop up. Then sometimes they would start scuffling and grandma would send them out side.Funny the things you remember as a kid.
I will miss your dry sense of humor. but won't forget you.
Your niece,Donna
